Description & Goal:
The Lions Club of Forest Hill has been a supporter of the Eastern Palliative Care organisation for many, many years.
One of the club’s members, Angelo Falcone (who is a member of the “3 Tenors Tribute Show”) has regularly organised support from the Lions Club of Forest Hill for the annual project and then rounded up his fellow entertainers to perform a fundraising show.
Current report:
The first event of this type, held in 1996, was very successful and raised approximately $2,500. This has now become an annual fundraising event and in 2007 it raised around $10,000 for Eastern Palliative Care.
With your help we hope to improve on that figure in the future.
