Lions Den Opportunity Shop

The Lions Den in Mahoneys Rd Forest Hill has now closed, after almost 40 years, and we are hoping for suitable and affordable alternative premises to operate from.
Any benefactors who can help us keep this wonderful and much needed community program are asked to contact the Secretary secretary@lionsclubofforesthill.org.au
A Brief History
The Lions Club Forest Hill ran the Lions Den Op Shop in conjunction with our sister club, the Lions Club of Nunawading. Volunteers from both clubs assisted running the “Den” by collecting or delivering larger items.
Community groups provided volunteers to man the shop on a weekly basis and in return, received a large percentage of any profit (after costs) made during that time, for their club or Charity of choice.
Lions Club of Forest Hill profits directly benefit the Forest Hill and surrounding communities.
The Den was managed by Mary Brown for many years, and we thank her and her team for their tireless efforts over the many years, reporting to the Lions Den Management Committee, of which our Ian Cameron has been a long time and devoted member.
