


The Twaddle Trust was formed in 2007 following the death of Valda Twaddle, who entrusted a monetary bequest to the Lions Club of Forest Hill to manage in Trust and award to community needs as deemed appropriate by the Trustees.
The Twaddle family have had a long association with Lions International. Valda was active with the Lions Ladies and her parents, John and Ivy Twaddle, were Charter Members of the Noble Park Lions Club while her brother, John Edward Twaddle, was a past president of the Forest Hill Lions Club.
The Twaddle Trust seeks to assist those who might otherwise have difficulty in raising funds for a specific purpose. The community benefit of a funded project shall be primarily within the City of Whitehorse, Victoria and awards are limited to a maximum of $2,500.

The Trust will make initial assessments on the basis of the information contained in the official Application Form only and successful applications will be notified.
